You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from receiving your items. The item must be unused and the package unbroken for this to apply. Please contact us BEFORE sending anything back. You will pay for return shipping.
The money will be refunded when we get the item back, or if you prefer, we'll send you stamps of your choice for the same value.
If you receive the wrong stapm, or a defected one, please contact us, we will send you a new stamp and compensate you fore return shipping.
